Common questions.
How many friends can I refer?
No limit. Refer as many colleagues, clients, or friends as you like. Each one who becomes an active paying subscriber earns you 1,000 bonus credits every month they stay subscribed.
When do the bonus credits land?
Bonus credits are calculated from your active referred subscribers and added to your account at the start of each calendar month — usually within the first few days.
What happens if my friend cancels?
If a referred friend cancels or downgrades to Free, you stop receiving the 1,000 monthly bonus for that specific referral from the following month. You keep earning credits for every other active referral.
Do my friends get anything for using my link?
Right now the reward goes to you, the referrer. Your friends benefit from discovering ReconcileIQ and saving serious time on reconciliation. We may add incentives for referred users in future.
Do the bonus credits expire?
No. Referral bonus credits don't expire — they stay on your account and can be used anytime as long as your ReconcileIQ account is active.
Program Terms & Conditions
- You must have an active ReconcileIQ account (Free or Paid) to participate.
- Bonus credits (1,000 per active referral per month) are awarded around the beginning of each calendar month for the previous month's active subscriptions.
- A successful referral requires the referred user to register via your unique link AND subscribe to any paid plan (Starter, Accountant, Practice Essential, Practice Pro, or Enterprise).
- Bonus credits continue monthly only while the referred user maintains an active, paid subscription. Credits stop if they cancel or downgrade to Free.
- Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to exploit the program are prohibited.
- ReconcileIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity or abuse may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of earned credits.
- Bonus credits have no cash value and are only usable for transaction processing within ReconcileIQ.
